Gym & Leisure Class Timetable
Our leisure and gym classes are all included within our membership packages at the club.
We offer a wide range of classes to suit all needs from aqua aerobics to bootcamp.
These classes are all instructor lead.

Book one of our classes
If you would like to book one of our exercise classes, simply get in touch with the team.
Classes may be cancelled at any time. A minimum number of 2 participants are required for a morning class and a minimum number of 5 participants for an evening class. Gym classes are restricted to a max of 6 per class. The matted area will be reserved during these times for the class to take. Poolside: 10:30am – 11:15am for Aqua class use only – max 15 per class.
