Gym & Leisure Facilities

Fusion Spa & Wellness offers an extensive range of facilities including a 30-station gymnasium, cardiovascular and resistance machines from the latest Life Fitness range, along with a free weights area.

 

Gym

The gym is fully air-conditioned to give you maximum comfort as you work out, and to keep your mind stimulated the cardiovascular equipment features an integrated LCD screen, allowing you to catch up with your favourite channels and music.

Wet Facilties

Opening Hours

  • Monday to Friday  6.30am – 9pm (Changing facilities close 9.30pm)
  • Saturday and Sunday 7.30am – 7.00pm (Changing facilities close 7.30pm)
  • Bank Holidays operate on weekend hours
  • Children can use the pool: Monday – Friday between 10.00am – 12.00pm and 2.00pm – 6.00pm / Saturday – Sunday 10am – 6pm.

Please Note:

  • Our pool is closed for aqua aerobics. Monday & Wednesday > 10.30am – 11.00am and Tuesday > 6.00pm – 6.30pm

Christmas Opening Hours

Christmas Eve: 9am – 5pm

Christmas Day: CLOSED

Boxing Day: 9am – 5pm

Friday 27th to Monday 30th: 7.30am – 7pm

New Years Eve & New Years Day: 9am – 5pm

Thursday 2nd January: Normal Hours
